Hygiene services are provided by our very friendly and talented team composed of a Dental hygienist (DH). They will clean your teeth with the latest techniques and procedures to keep your smile in good health. With regular professional dental cleanings we can reduce the bacteria in your mouth and so reduce significantly the risk of caries and periodontitis (gum disease).

CEREC is a method of creating porcelain restorations anywhere in your mouth in only one visit. Previously a technician was needed to make inlays, onlays, crowns and veneers off site thereby necessitating two patient visits. If an old filling needs to be replaced or a tooth is cracked the tooth can be restored on the spot by an inlay, a partial crown or a veneer.
Periodontal disease, also known as gum disease, is an infection of the tissues that support the teeth. With our routinely carried out gum tests during your check-ups in our office we can detect early in the beginning periodontal disease. Periodontal disease begins insidiously and leads untreated to tooth mobility and eventually tooth loss.

Almost anyone can have nitrous oxide treatment. We can vary the depth of sedation depending on your level of anxiety. The gas also tends to reduce gag reflexes and saliva flow. We are a mercury free and mercury safe dental office dedicated to practicing safe and healthy dentistry. Because we are aware that mercury in dental fillings can have an affect on overall health we strive to remove mercury amalgam (silver) fillings in a save way with a special protocol.
